Phyllis and Jeremy are such a cute and fun-loving couple that I had such a blast shooting them from beginning to end.
When Phyllis first mentioned she wanted a session in Downtown LA, I had the perfect locations in mind.
We started off at the Arts District filled with colorful street art and murals. Here are some of my favs below.
How stunning is this future bride-to-be?
Our final stop was at
, where the famous bench sits overlooking the skyscrapers in the movie
500 Days of Summer.
Jeremy took Phyllis to Disneyland on their very first date, so of course it makes perfect sense to incorporate some fun mouse ears!
How they met:
Jeremy and I (or as we'd like to call ourselves JERRIS) met in a bar! Yes, sounds so cliche, but that's where it all began. We were both bartenders at restaurants right next door to each other so it was only natural for me to grab a drink next door after work. Now if you ask Jer, he'll tell you that I made the first move, when in reality, he was the one that made me a fruity pink drink and asked me out on a date to Disneyland, as we were both annual passholders. And the rest is history! We went to the "happiest place on earth" and ended up falling madly in love. Disneyland will always hold a special place in our hearts, especially after Jer proposed to me 3 years ago right in front of Cinderella's Castle. As much as I wanted to look like a princess, I probably didn't since I was a hot mess crying like a baby. But all that made it more magical. After 9 years together, we can honestly say that we've found everything we wanted in one another. We are best friends and soul mates and we can't wait to get married and spend our
happily ever after
How cute is their story!?
So excited for these two and their upcoming wedding in September at the beautiful
in Malibu, CA!
